Technically, it’s still Lent, but April has arrived and it’s my favorite month. I have quite an array of favorite songs (or at least songs of some significance) that remind me of April and I felt like listing some of them (in no particular order). I know my musical tastes aren’t very mature or unique, but it’s what I like. And these are also the songs I will be listening to first after Lent is over.
What’s always interested me about music is how well it can conjure up emotions, and how certain songs can take you right back to a certain time, place, or memory. Music is a powerful force that should not be underestimated.
