iwritereadrate.com is brand new; so new it’s not even launched yet, but it looks pretty promising.
If you’re interested, you can enter your email address to get an update when the site is actually launched. The premise of the site is for writers to upload their work (lengths/word counts/page counts are not exactly specified yet), earn 60% of a cover price set by the writer, and of course – receive feedback.
Readers can see a preview of the work before buying the entire thing (as a PDF or for e-readers); I suppose this way there will be some quality control – readers obviously aren’t going to buy a piece they think is terrible.
As a rater, you can earn points based on how valuable your feedback is to the writer.
Sounds like it might be good, so I’ll be waiting for the launch email! 🙂
